Hi everyone! I have been busy working on my daily tiles and tangling at least an hour a day. I take my profession as a Certified Zentangle® Teacher very seriously. I also believe my own mental health is a priority, so daily tangling is extremely important to me. I want to keep anxiety and insomnia at bay and for me, Zentangle is the answer! What is a TOTD? My abbreviation for Tile Of The Day– Zentangle tile, that is. I try to draw at least one tile per day, if not more. It’s how I stay sharp at what I teach as well as staying anxiety-free.
Here’s today’s tile… It’s a tangle called Mak-Rah-Mee by Michele Beauchamp, CZT. I hadn’t drawn it on a tile until today, and had so much fun drawing it I couldn’t stop with just one knot!
It starts with Zentangle® Original tangle called Keeko, if it seems familiar.
Hope you are drawing today!
