Growing Wild!

I have a couple of tiles to share with you that I drew today. I hope you enjoy them!

This shows how two different types of tangles can work together.
This shows how two different types of tangles can work together.

The above Zentangle tile shows one tangle with another “going behind” – a principal I teach in my classes. Two different patterns/tangles can occupy the same space at once. These are two types of tangles– both organic (the plant-looking one) and geometric. My favorite tends to be organic but there are some geometrical I like a lot, like this one that looks like flooring to me.

The above tile has some of my favorite tangles. I could have added more shading and probably will, now that I look at it. I will shade the plants growing at the top.

I would love to see you at my next Zentangle beginner’s class! It will be on Saturday, April 30th in Southwest Virginia! Contact me if you’d like more info!

Keep tangling to keep your heart and mind untangled,

Kat  ^.^
