Alphabet Zentangley Fun

I recently decided that I’d try doing tiles with the alphabet letters used as the string (boundaries for tangles within the tile). It’s been a lot of fun, and I’m going to continue to the end. Here are the first three that

I have finished so far. The first one was my first initial, a K. I will save it to share in the right order. So, here we go!

A… Can you see it?

B… A bit easier to see, I think. You will notice that I use Poke Leaf a lot– it’s what we call my “Mac and Cheese.”  That is what we call our favorite tangles that we go to a lot. Our equivalent to what folks call “comfort foods.”

C… Another Mac and cheese for me is flux – the one that looks like leaves/a plant.

I’D love to know what you call your Mac and cheese tangles!

  1. I think this a great idea with lots of possible applications. Little magnetic tiles which could be purchased separately to spell a name – or on regular tile sized for the same purpose. A fun alphabet book…. I’m sure you can think of more!!

  2. They all are wonderful. You are very inspiring to anyone who comes across your website. My favorite so far is the letter C. The C reminds me of wheat. Maybe that’s because I lived in Kansas for so long.

    1. Thank you so much! ✨💖✨ you are so kind! It reminds me of wheat too. I grew up in Kansas so I’m partial to wheat pictures. 😀
